Our venue rents for $160 an hour with a 4 hour minimum. Full days (9am-midnight) are discounted to $1,800. Chairs, tables, Bluetooth speaker is included. Our venue also has a full kitchenette. You are allowed to bring your own food and beverages. Alcohol can be served (BYOB) just not sold, unless you have a licensed and insured vendor. We can comfortably accommodate 80 guest. This still leaves plenty of room for dancing and/or games and activities.
In addition, there is a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee and $100 refundable damage deposit. If no damages occurred during the duration of your event, $100 will be refunded to you within 1-3 days after your event. $250 is the amount you pay to secure your date and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
